This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional to support competitive bids, accurate budgets, and high-quality project pursuits across the ICI sector.
Requirements 3 to 5+ years of estimating experience within ICI construction.
Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, scopes, tender documents, and trade pricing.
Ability to prepare takeoffs, budgets, bid packages, and subcontractor comparisons.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with project teams, trades, and clients.
