Construction Estimator - Takeoffs, Bids & Costing

Global Staff Network is looking for a detail-oriented Mid-Level Estimator to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid proposals for construction projects while working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 2–4 years of experience in construction estimating. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in takeoff software, are essential for success in this role.
