The Senior Estimator is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and owning all cost estimates for remodel and new build projects across QSR, commercial, and residential sectors. This includes developing accurate conceptual budgets, detailed take‑offs, subcontractor bid leveling, and final pricing submissions.
