Paramount Services Ltd. is looking for a motivated Construction Estimator to join our team in Winnipeg. This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of construction, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, project coordination, or estimating experience who wants to build a long‑term career in construction estimating.
You will work directly alongside our Senior Project Manager/Estimator and receive structured training and mentorship during your first six months, gaining hands‑on experience in commercial construction, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and foodservice projects.
