Paramount Services Ltd. is seeking a Construction Estimator in Winnipeg. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in construction, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, project coordination, or estimating and a strong desire to build a long‑term career in construction estimating.

Working directly with the Senior Project Manager/Estimator, you will receive structured training and mentorship during your first six months, gaining hands‑on experience in commercial construction, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and foodservice projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and measurements.
• Assist in preparing detailed project estimates and budgets.
