The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Design

• Assist in developing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and specifications.

Construction Management

• Close monitoring to ensure Consultant closely supervise the construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
