Role Overview

Your role will bridge the gap between initial architectural design and real‑world construction costs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to source, contact, and pre‑qualify local subcontractors and suppliers across Spain; build our local cost database (€/m2) from scratch.
• Perform precise quantity surveys and technical drawings take‑offs.
• Prepare highly accurate initial valuations and formulate final, bank‑compliant binding offers.
• Keep our internal ERP system updated, price design variations, and analyze work‑package balances to ensure zero guesswork.
