Burnaby School District invites applications from qualified Tech Ed teachers for a full‑time position at Burnaby Mountain Secondary School teaching Construction Electrician program, starting September. Must have red seal qualifications to be considered.

Technology education involves the ability to combine an empathetic understanding of the context of a problem, creativity in the generation of insights and solutions, and critical thinking to analyze and fit solutions to the context. To move from design to final product or service requires skills and technology. Tech Ed is designed to teach students a hands‑on approach to learning. Students start learning the basic skills that can lead to careers in Trades and Technology.
