Cadence Search are partnering exclusively with this leading construction company to appoint a strategic Construction Director in delivery of specialist bespoke developments across the South East of England. You will drive operational excellence across their project portfolio overseeing both existing and new projects that come on line. As Construction Director you will be in a pivotal role for the business moving forward as its projects for growth are set to triple over the next 4 year period.
Your role
* Plan, direct, and control all operational aspects across multiple residential projects
* Ensure all program requirements and deliverables meet the client stringent standards and expectations.
