Construction Administrator

Our client, a forward-thinking mechanical and electrical consulting firm with presence nationwide, is seeking a Contract Administrator for their downtown Toronto office. This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid position (after training period), paying 70-100k, plus bonus, RRSP matching, and a competitive vacation and benefits package.

This position plays a key role in supporting the construction phase of projects by acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, developers, clients, architects, general contractors, sub-trades, and suppliers. The successful candidate will attend job site meetings, review construction progress, and help ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meet or exceed the standards identified in project specifications and construction drawings.
