Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide diversified administrative support to our Construction Department in a fast-paced office environment
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Preparation of various letters, reports, spreadsheets, contracts, and meeting minutes
  • Accounts Payable
  • Preparing bi-weekly payroll file
  • Assist in onboarding of new team members
  • Responsible for a variety of general office duties
  • Carry out special projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post‑secondary education in an administrative or business‑related discipline is preferred
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
  • High level of technical competence using computers, including Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Autodesk, Yardi and internet usage
