Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide diversified administrative support to our Construction Department in a fast-paced office environment
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Preparation of various letters, reports, spreadsheets, contracts, and meeting minutes
- Accounts Payable
- Preparing bi-weekly payroll file
- Assist in onboarding of new team members
- Responsible for a variety of general office duties
- Carry out special projects
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Post‑secondary education in an administrative or business‑related discipline is preferred
- Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
- High level of technical competence using computers, including Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Autodesk, Yardi and internet usage
