This seasonal role is part of the Rooms Division team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. The agent will manage all internal and external calls in a courteous and professional manner, representing the resort’s image over the telephone.
- Handle all guest and staff calls efficiently and with high personal service.
