Main mission
Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, you will be in direct contact with the Sales, Marketing & Projects teams as well as in direct contact with connectivity partners & hoteliers.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Operational implementation of Connectivity
- Upstream preparation of connectivity offers via the Channel Managers:
- Internal configuration
- Communication with partners
- Validation before publication of the offer
- Direct relations with hotel partners, Channel Manager teams, Sales, Marketing & Projects departments.
- Connectivity control before and during the sale.
- Managing VeryChic Tonight content.
- Creation of extranets.
- Operational set up of Tour Operators:
- Checking the receipt of TO rates.
- Communication with TO partners to confirm rates.
- Creation of TO identifiers.
