Connect Application Specialist (Winnipeg)

Position Goal

As a key member of our Smart Bus Technology team, you will support the NFI Connect team and will be accountable for completion and accuracy of assigned tasks at all phases of NFI Connect product oversight including module programming, plant ingestion requests/efforts, NFI Connect/telematic field updates, Geofencing, Over‑the‑air, Troubleshooting and receive requests from service group critical to NFI Connect.

Essential Functions

• Acquire and maintain expert command on the use of NFI Connect, including a functional understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
• Manage troubleshooting efforts and improvements.
• Collaborate with others in setting up and executing improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain Smart Bus hardware and software procedures.
• Implement and create standard processes.
• Provide Smart Bus technical support to the production line, internal and external customers as required. <...
