You will be an essential part of our Contract team, directly reporting to the Subcontract Manager. Your focus will be on administering subcontracts, managing negotiations, and tracking deliverables. Excellent communication skills and contract knowledge will be crucial for navigating project challenges and maintaining quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and review contractual agreements
• Coordinate with staff on contract-related operations
• Oversee Change Management processes and claims
• Maintain change management logs and reports
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in contract administration
