The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the event streaming domain and adjacent technologies, with a strong ability to architect complex systems and mentor teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years strong experience and knowledge in CP Upgrade, Cluster linking-expansion, KRaft migration.
• Strong experience with Kafka (any distribution: open-source, Confluent, Cloudera, AWS MSK, etc.).
• Proven expertise in event streaming architecture and Kafka ecosystem.
