Configuration Specialist- Professional Services

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Configuration Specialists to join our Professional Services team in an offshore or nearshore capacity. In this role, you will work alongside onshore implementation consultants to configure the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) for clients across the mortgage lending industry. Configuration Specialists play a critical role in the delivery of MCP implementations by executing configuration tasks across one or more functional capability groups, supporting SOW and scoping documentation, and resolving tickets in coordination with onshore team members. This role spans the full implementation lifecycle— from initial setup and configuration through testing, defect resolution, and go‑live support.
