Purpose

As a Configuration Analyst within the Smart Automation Operations team, you will manage and execute deployment activities across QA and Production environments for RPA solutions. Your responsibilities include maintaining CI/CD pipelines, coordinating release schedules, and ensuring smooth deployment of automation packages. This role requires strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and collaboration with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure reliable and compliant automation delivery.
