Confectionery Product Development & Sourcing Lead (Remote)

Ejam is seeking a Product Development & Sourcing Manager for Confectionery to lead the creation of innovative, guilt-free candy products. This role involves developing, sourcing, and commercializing better-for-you confectionery from concept through production.

The ideal candidate will have experience in candy product formulation, compliance, and will collaborate closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure successful launches. Remote work is possible, with regular travel for development trials.
