Confectionery Product Development & Sourcing Lead (Remote)

Ejam, based in Argentina, is seeking a Product Development & Sourcing Manager to lead the creation of better-for-you candy products. You will oversee the formulation, sourcing, and commercialization of innovative confectionery, ensuring they meet nutritional and quality standards.

This role requires collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers to bring products from concept to launch, with regular travel for development trials. The position can be remote or based inside or outside the United States.
