Condominium Property Accountant (Ottawa)

We are currently seeking a full-time Property Accountant to join our Condominium Accounting team. This position is being hired to cover a maternity leave; however, there may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent based on organizational needs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Complete bank reconciliations and assist with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures
• Prepare financial statements and various internal reports for Property Managers
• Review and verify invoices
• Enter annual budgets into the accounting software system
• Prepare balance sheets and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate the successful onboarding and integration of recent properties into the accounting workflow
• Provide financial guidance and support to Property Managers within your portfolio
