Concrete Reinforcing Tech Supervisor

PURPOSE

To provide supervisory oversight for a group(s) of Concrete Reinforcing Technicians (CRT’s), including coordinating work, ensuring that job standards are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate leadership consistent with Nucor Rebar Fabrication’s vision and values.
• Supervise CRT’s, review their work, assist with any reported difficulties, and identify ways to correct deficiencies.
• Responsible for continually reassessing drafting techniques and recommending integrated, cost-effective solutions to improving efficiencies, and participating in the development of recommended actions.
• Track employee’s progress on assigned work.
• Assist in the performance review process and recommend appropriate salary adjustments as needed for assigned CRT personnel.
• Perform other duties as required by your supervisor.
