About the Role
In this role, you’ll manage concrete supply for a major infrastructure project while overseeing the daily operations of Adelaide‑based concrete plants. You’ll take responsibility for production, quality, logistics and customer delivery, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable performance across all aspects of the operation
Responsibilities:
Oversee the major infrastructure project to ensure safe, compliant, and timely concrete supply as the main connection between site production and the customer.
Champion quality excellence by overseeing mix designs, trial approvals, and NATA-accredited testing with technical backing.
Lead metro plant operations with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and a strong safety culture across people and assets.
Optimise performance by aligning orders, staffing, raw materials, and plant capability to consistently meet demand.
