Reports to: Foreman and Project Manager/Operations Manager
Classification: Full-time, permanent, hourly
Compensation: $19 -$25/hour + health care spending account + pension plan + eligibility for year end bonus
Target State Date: May 2026
Here’s What You’ll Do: In this role you will travel across rural Ontario with your crew (including occasional overnight stays), assist in building grain bin structures by pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete, and safely operate tools and equipment. You’ll follow direction from leadership, support material handling and site setup, and contribute to a positive, safety-focused team culture while continuing to develop your skills.
