Reporting

Reporting to the Foreman, the Concrete Finisher is responsible for placement, smoothing and final finish of poured concrete. The role includes hand work, troweling, finishing, clearing forms, shoveling, using hand tools and basic equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the safety culture, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Ensure proper placement, leveling and finish of concrete.
• Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement to maintain structural integrity.
• Compact concrete using a power vibrator and apply finishing techniques with hand and power tools to meet specifications.
