Concrete Carpenter for Wastewater Project

Become a key player as a Concrete Carpenter at the Fish Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Calgary. This position requires expertise in construction and concrete formwork.
Working on a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule, you will construct vital forms and chutes for concrete while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Taking on leadership responsibilities, you will also mentor apprentice carpenters and maintain a safe working environment. Experience and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and construct concrete forms and structures
• Mentor and lead apprentice carpenters
• Ensure accuracy of work and correct defects
• Check blueprints for efficient project execution
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety compliance
Requirements:
• Carpenter Journeyperson Ticket preferred
• Relevant hours in the Carpentry trade for non-ticketed
