- With at least 1 year of working experience as a Concierge
- With a pleasing personality
- With good communication skills
Job Description:
- Attends to the daily concerns of residents and ensures that proper action is always taken
- Meet residents' needs, offer options, resolve problems, and give feedback to residents
- Ensures full customer satisfaction.
- Performs follow-up and monitors completion of all maintenance service requests.
- Assists residents in making arrangements for various services, whether inside or outside the property
- Organizes and coordinates all special/social events for residents
- Performs such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
