Job Description

• Welcome and greet customers (office & retail) in a professional manner in accordance to the stipulated SOP
• Be familiar and well-versed with the floor plans, facilities, services and nearby amenities to guide and direct customers
• Manage the Visitors' Management System at the office tower, handle queries and feedback from the public in a professional and timely manner
• Promptly attend to tenants' requests/feedback e.g. taxi booking, dining reservation
• Provide immediate service recoveries for lapses in services
• Assist in promotional activities at the retail mall e.g. carpark redemptions, gift redemptions, vouchers redemption & purchase, etc
• Oversee the loan of umbrellas and other equipment to office tenants &
• Any other duties assigned
