Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced, polished, and proactive Concierge Manager to lead front-desk and resident services at Oyster Court. You will be the face of the property — ensuring every resident and visitor receives exceptional, consistent service while managing daily operations, billing coordination, compliance, and interdepartmental teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all resident and tenant queries, requests, and concerns.
- Issue timely billing reminders for Monthly Community Service Charges and electricity meter top-ups.
- Add additional service charges (gym, pool, etc.) to resident invoices promptly upon use.
- Conduct apartment viewings and manage move-in / move-out processes end-to-end, including condition reports.
- De-escalate resident disputes and nuisance situations calmly and professionally.
