Responsibilities
- Build a culture of customer service by providing friendly, helpful and efficient service and maintaining short, purposeful interactions.
- Maintain internal and external store cleanliness and sanitation – sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning high‑touch areas, windows, mirrors, and refilling paper products, soaps and cleaners.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized for safety and efficiency, following cleaning guidelines for common spaces and notifying the manager of cleaning supply inventory.
- Meet targets by regularly completing duties and additional projects assigned by the manager and reviewing results with the manager.
- Follow loss‑prevention procedures and report internal or external theft to a manager.
