Key Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming guests and residents upon arrival Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures Providing information about local attractions, events and services Making reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, etc. Handling guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner Maintaining the appearance of the lobby and other public areas Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the property Assisting with event planning and execution Maintaining records of guest interactions and transactions Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office Fluent in English; knowledge of other lang...
