Concierge - Bilingual Advisor (French)

Have an eye for style? We are hiring Bilingual (French/English) Advisors at our Concierge Centre in Vancouver, BC. This role is part of the Concierge Division which connects with and delights our clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class client service across all channels including Live Chat, Phone, and Email in French and English.
• Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise.
• Resolve client inquiries efficiently, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed established performance targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and French; French is preferred as first language.
• French language proficiency certification such as DALF C1, C2, or CEFR C1/C2.
• Passion for providing world‑class client service and building long‑lasting client relationships.
• Aspirational sense of individual style.
