Position Title
Communication Specialist II – Ciudad Juárez, Planta Salvarcar, Mexico
Purpose
This role provides leadership to the business for the development and execution of communication plans, supports sustainability of the internal communication culture, drives engagement, and collaborates with corporate communications.
Responsibilities
Develop short- and long‐term business communication programs tailored to business needs.
Support communication needs for internal initiatives that promote culture, such as activities, programs, J&J's Credo, and others.
Establish and reinforce a communication program that strengthens culture.
Collaborate with business to enhance mindsets and behaviors that enable delivery of Supply Chain priorities.
Communicate business‐related issues or opportunities to next management level; follow all company guidelines for Health, Safety, and Environmental practices; ensure subordinates follow guidelines (if supervising); e...
