Computer Support Specialists

As an entry‑level computer support specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in Oslo, Norway. You will work with a team of experienced professionals to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues for our customers.

Responsibilities

Answering customer inquiries, diagnosing technical problems, and providing solutions or workarounds via phone, email, or remote access. Assist in the installation and maintenance of computer systems and software.

Qualifications
