What You Will Do
- Provide Tier1 Technical support for Information Systems and devices
- Assemble, configure, and upgrade PCs and peripherals
- Install operating systems and application software
- Troubleshoot PC issues
- Organize and manage asset inventories
- Terminate network cables and configure ports
- Manage users in Windows Active Directory
- Manage logical data access
- Document bi‑weekly capture team meetings, distribute meeting notes and action items, and support timely completion of follow‑ups
