- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on computers, including hardware installations, software updates, and virus removals.
- Maintain an organized store environment, ensuring inventory is stocked, products are properly displayed, and the shop is clean and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good communication skills and the ability to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in IT or computer technology are a plus.
