- Works in a data center environment with an overarching responsibility of ensuring smooth operation of Medtronic IT systems.
- Utilizes enterprise monitoring tools to identify issues across multiple technologies.
- This includes continuously monitoring critical IT systems, data center job completion, equipment, storage devices, printers and other system.
- Monitors for operator messages, at risk situations or error indicators.
- Reacts appropriately to resolve, escalate and/or report system issues or malfunctions as required.
