We are looking for an experienced accountant to manage the accounting of several condominium properties, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and schedules.
Your responsibilities:
Monitor payments of condominium fees
Record and process invoices related to the mandates
Prepare heating accounts
Close accounts, prepare the balance sheet and income statement, as well as tax certificates and energy monitoring
Take over accounting for new mandates
Communicate with co-owners and collaborate with property managers
Participate in meetings with auditors
Your work environment:
You will join a team of 4 people
You will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 50 to 60 condominiums out of a total of 250 mandates managed by the team
