Compounding Manager

Salary: $80,000 to $120,000. Final placement within the range depends on market conditions, internal equity, and the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervising the shift performance of the Compounding Department including safety, GMP compliance, planning/scheduling, product quality and output.
• Plan and coordinate labour, equipment and facility requirements to meet objectives.
• Develop Compounding human resources through education and training.
• Manage and improve the profitability, output and efficiency of the department (shift).
• Design and implement GMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations/guidelines.
