Component Repair Supervisor

The component repair supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the various engine repair departments at our St‑Hubert facility.

This is a full‑time, day‑shift position, Monday to Friday, based in St.Hubert, and is exclusively on‑site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day repair/overhaul operations in a high‑technology industry, on the evening shift
• Motivate and energize the workforce to reach an optimal level of employee engagement
• Responsible for main performance indicators: health & safety, quality, on‑time delivery, productivity, etc.
• Help develop and manage the budget and hiring
• Supervise work shift changes
• Host and take part in meetings with other managers
