PURPOSEThe Compliance Specialist manages the due diligence and risk management responsibilities needed to ensure that carriers utilized by GlobalTranz meet GlobalTranz's compliance standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Analyze motor carrier data to determine whether carriers attempting to onboard with GlobalTranz meet the company's carrier qualification requirements- Utilize motor carrier monitoring services, government databases, and other resources during the due diligence process to identify and assess carriers that pose an unreasonable amount of risk to GlobalTranz; take actions to reduce that risk- Maintain accurate background data on carriers and ensure proper record keeping in GlobalTranz operating systems; validate documents such as motor carrier agreements and insurance certificates- Accurately update company load management software systems- Resp...
