About the Role
We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our UAE team and ensure that our operations adhere to local and international regulatory requirements. In this role you will draft and maintain compliance policies, conduct risk assessments, implement controls and governance frameworks, and engage with stakeholders to drive a culture of regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls in line with UAE regulations and international standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits to identify potential control gaps and recommend remediation measures.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely communication and incorporation of new requirements into company practices.
