Responsibilities
- Risk management: Own and maintain grape's compliance risk universe across data protection (FADP and GDPR), economic sanctions, third-party oversight, anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, and fraud prevention.
- Tooling: Own grape's compliance tooling, driving automation and process improvements to build a scalable compliance function.
- Policies & documentation: Develop and update internal compliance policies, procedures, and clear process documentation. Promote a culture of ethical conduct across the organisation.
- Monitoring & audits: Maintain grape's compliance monitoring plan, conduct internal reviews, and lead preparation for external audits and regulatory assessments.
