JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title : Compliance Officer (Company Secretory) Department : Finance Sub Department : - Reporting : Manager Core Responsibilities: Guide & support the chairman and the board to ensure they are operating in accordance with rules and regulations of Companies Act and to ensure ensuring the board functions efficiently and effectively.
