Reporting to Deputy Regional Compliance Officer EMEA, this role is intended to provide Compliance support in the EMEA region with specific focus on:
- Consumer business and projects, especially for wider regional initiatives.
- EMEA regulatory and efficiency implementation projects that require specific attention
- Oversee Business Compliance Framework, including the implementation and oversight of IBM OpenPages and supporting protocols.
- Support Regional standards including the Consumer risk assessment process and the implementation of EMEA risk assessment framework.

- Business support and Advice
- Coordinate the implementation of regional initiatives, ensuring alignment with local standards and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with key Consumer business stakeholders to enhance end‑to‑end Consumer processes and effectively manage market conduct and consumer compliance risks.
