Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance policies on anti‑bribery and corruption, and anti‑trust compliance.
  • Monitor global and domestic regulatory developments and recommend appropriate policy updates.
  • Oversee the organisation’s whistle‑blowing framework, including reporting channels, case management, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Lead internal investigations in collaboration with relevant divisions (e.g. HR), and present findings to senior management and audit committees.
  • Act as the organisation’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), serving as custodian of data privacy policies and incident reporting.
  • Develop and maintain personal data protection policies and frameworks in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Support data privacy impact assessments, consent management processes, and incident response planning.
