Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance policies on anti‑bribery and corruption, and anti‑trust compliance.
- Monitor global and domestic regulatory developments and recommend appropriate policy updates.
- Oversee the organisation’s whistle‑blowing framework, including reporting channels, case management, and confidentiality protocols.
- Lead internal investigations in collaboration with relevant divisions (e.g. HR), and present findings to senior management and audit committees.
- Act as the organisation’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), serving as custodian of data privacy policies and incident reporting.
- Develop and maintain personal data protection policies and frameworks in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
