About the Role We're hiring a Compliance Lead - Blockchain Surveillance to own SCRYPT's transaction monitoring, blockchain analytics, and Chainalysis tooling across the group's regulated activities. This is a dedicated role, not a generalist compliance seat. You'll own the blockchain surveillance function end-to-end - Chainalysis configuration, alert triage, investigation workflows, sanctions screening, Travel Rule operations, and the link between on-chain activity and our compliance reporting.
