The Role
Compliance Junior Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Compliance Professionals while ensuring the effective identification, management and reduction of compliance, legal, operational and governance risks across the business. This role extends beyond traditional compliance oversight and requires active partnership with operational leaders to ensure risks are effectively mitigated through sustainable corrective actions, improved controls and enhanced business processes.
