Our client is a prominent Abu Dhabi headquartered entity with assets around the world in the utilities and energy sectors. It has a complex structure and several subsidiaries, and has built a best-in-class compliance function.

The role will focus on leading and supporting local and international fraud, bribery, and corruption investigations. You will work closely with the Compliance function to design, implement, and train on policies and procedures that support ambitious business objectives while ensuring compliance with local and international laws. You will act as a business partner, providing proactive risk advice and fostering a culture of integrity.

Qualifications

• UK or US qualified lawyer from a top tier law firm with at least 8 years' PQE, or a qualified lawyer already working in-house at a global organisation.
