- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc internal audits across regional client sites to verify ongoing audit readiness.
- Develop and maintain a regional audit calendar, ensuring all sites are audit ready ahead of client, statutory, or BBBEE related inspections.
- Verify compliance with POPIA requirements in the handling, storage, and retention of employee and candidate data.
- Conduct spot checks and site visits to confirm on the ground compliance practices match documented processes.
- Identify compliance gaps, risks, and non-conformances across and log findings in a structured tracking system.
- Recommend corrective action plans to site management for implementation and track progress.
